Tip Tuesday-Wrinkles, Water Rings, and Bug Bites

From an article on Buzzfeed here are a few everyday things that can be used as creative solutions.

1. No iron? No problem!
Mix equal parts fabric softener, vinegar, and water in a spray bottle. Spritz it on clothes as a wrinkle reducer. Smooth out the garment and lie it flat to dry or toss in the the dryer for a couple minutes.

2. Water stains? No problem!
On no! You just put your cup down on your beautiful wooden table and you forgot your coaster. When you have a brand new water spot firstly blot the water up with a towel. Then apply a healthy layer of mayonnaise to the ring and let it sit over night. Wipe the mayo off the following day with a clean cloth and can buff the table to a new shine.

3. Bug bites? No problem!
This one couldn't have come along at a better time. One of the more ingenious methods for dealing with mosquito bites is to put Scotch tape or clear nail polish over the bite. Why? Well as I just read when the bite is deprived of  the oxygen it needs it will not itch. I'm doing it right now and experiencing relief from the many bites on my legs.

Here are also a ton more cures for bug bites. Because we all need them this time of year!
