Vinegar can be used for cooking, cleaning, health, and so much more. Vinegar is very inexpensive, natural, and can take the places of many things you spend money on in the home. Here are a few from vinegartips.com to get you started. 

1. Brush your teeth once or twice a week with some white vinegar to eliminate bad breath and whiten teeth.  

2. Use white vinegar to remove outdoor road salt from shoes or even your cars floor mats. 

3. Remove red stains on clothes from ketchup, barbeque sauce, or spaghetti sauce by dabbing with a white vinegar/water mixture. 

4. Remove odor and buildup from your dishwasher by pouring a cup of white vinegar in your empty washer and run once

5. Shine chrome sink fixtures by creating a paste out of 2 tablespoons salt and one tablespoon white vinegar. 

Use an empty spray bottle and label it as your vinegar cleaning mixture. 

Want to make a scouring paste?  Mix white vinegar with baking soda. 
  
Worried about the smell of vinegar? Most of tips using vinegar call for white vinegar which has a very mild smell, plus most you will dilute with equal parts water, also lightening the smell. Also try adding some lemon juice or orange peel to the mixture to make a fresh citrus smell.
