I want to let you in on a website that I have been using quite frequently lately. Yogatic.com is one of the best yoga resources I have found. Here you will find a picture dictionary of loads of yoga poses as well as videos of yoga sequence that you can do for many aliments. Yoga classes are expensive, but here with a woman named Esther Ekhart you can learn lots of yoga for free.

If you've never done yoga before please don't be discouraged by some of the crazy poses you might see, believe me I can't do them either. But do scroll the list of videos and you may find something that can help you.
